Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Danish and EU consumer protection laws. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify us that you wish to return your order and send the products back to us.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for the goods until they have been received at our return address.

For large or bulky orders that cannot be returned using standard postal services, please contact our customer support before returning your order.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products cannot be returned under applicable consumer legislation. This includes products that deteriorate quickly, products with broken seals that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, and any items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.

If no such exception is stated on the product page, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

Condition of Returned Products

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to examine it, its value may be reduced.

If the returned product shows signs of excessive use, any loss in value may be deducted from your refund. Whenever possible, please return products in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we have received your cancellation request. We may postpone the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided.

If you selected a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery option, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.

Warranty Claims

Under Danish consumer legislation, you have the right to submit a warranty claim if a product has a manufacturing defect or fault that existed at the time of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances. Reasonable return shipping costs for approved claims will also be reimbursed.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding your order, please contact our customer support first and include your order number along with a description of the issue. We will always do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If we are unable to reach a satisfactory solution, consumers residing within the EU may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, where applicable.
