Uncle Bud specializes in legal cannabis products made from EU-certified industrial hemp. Our range includes THCA, CBD, CBG, and CBN products that comply with applicable Danish legislation and contain less than 0.2% THC where required.

Product information, cannabinoid content, laboratory documentation, and other specifications are available on the product page whenever possible. If you need additional information, our customer support team is happy to assist.

Orders

An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, unavailable products, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, any payment made will be refunded using the original payment method.

Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on Unclebud.eu include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers using encrypted payment systems.

Your payment is only captured once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer fast shipping throughout Denmark and to several countries across Europe. Available shipping destinations and delivery options are displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery times may vary depending on your destination and the selected shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment until delivery.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with Danish and EU consumer protection legislation. If you wish to return an order, please follow the instructions provided on our Returns page.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your cancellation request. We may wait until the returned goods have been received, or until proof of return shipment has been provided. If a more expensive delivery option was selected at checkout, only the cost of our standard delivery service will be refunded.
